Jeremy Bramwell, AACI, P.APP.RI, (Former CRP)
Lead Depreciation Report Planner Lower Mainland
Jeremy has been completing depreciation reports throughout the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Northern BC and the Interior since 2012. Jeremy was a former Board member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada’s (REIC) Vancouver Chapter, as well as the Chair of the CRP Task Force in BC. Mr. Bramwell has authored articles on Depreciation Reports for CHOA, REIC, VISOA, lectured at CHMC, and written Depreciation Report valuation theory for UBC. He is one of the most respected experts on Depreciation Reports in BC.
Keith Davis, BBA, CSO
Vancouver Island Manager and Technical Director
Keith manages our Victoria office. Keith has worked in the construction sector for over 15 years, from fieldwork as a Site Safety Coordinator to serving as a Corporate Safety Manager. He is a registered Construction Safety Officer (CSO) through the ASTTBC. Additionally, Mr. Davis has been involved in the Strata world for the past 20 years, both in his own Strata Complex, including 14 years as Strata President, and as the Strata Coordinator for their Leaky Condo renovation and litigation. He is currently a Director of CHOA.
Cal Cosh, CRA
Okanagan and Columbia-Shuswap Manager
Cal has been completing Depreciation Reports (Reserve Plans) and Insurance Appraisals throughout the Okanagan and Columbia-Shuswap areas as a Strata Reserve Planning team member since 2018. Cal has been appraising in the area since 2006.
Ali Barani, CRA, P.App. (Former CRP)
Depreciation Report Planner Lower Mainland
Ali is focused on the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. His career in real estate started in 2004 as a Building Inspector for Accurate Home Inspection. He received his CRP (Certified Reserve Planner) in 2012. He has completed several Depreciation Reports and Insurance Appraisals. Since late 2018, Ali has been working on the Strata Reserve Planning team.
Gino Biamonte, MBA, AACI, P.App.
Depreciation Report Planner Lower Mainland
Gino is focused on the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. His career in real estate began in 1994 as a commercial appraiser, before he worked on complex developments around the world. Gino has a clear understanding of building systems and has been part of the Strata Reserve Planning team since 2021.
Nicole Farias, B.Eng.
Client Care Representative
Nicole is our Client Care representative. Ms. Farias is from Brazil, where she received her degree in Civil Engineering after entering the university at the age of 16. Her role is to assist our clients and the inspection staff in getting files out in a timely manner.
Chris Bramwell
Research Analyst
Chris has been working as a contractor for various cooperative and strata complexes in the Lower Mainland over the years. Since joining as a Research Assistant, he reviews the Strata Corporation Bylaw and Rules for issues that may impact Depreciation Reports. Chris also assesses Strata plans and MLS data for developments to assist in preparing proposals, and uses our software to complete and quantify take-offs for the reports. He just joined the Strata Reserve Planning Team in 2024.

IT Support
Renan is our IT department, specializing in maintaining our proprietary report-writing system, ReservePlan®. Renan is a specialist in client-server options, with more than 10 years of experience as a web developer working with PHP-based web applications.
